How It Works

Getting Started

APPLICATION & INTERVIEW

Join, then attend 60-min group consultation with transformation coach.

Discuss goals, assess readiness, make sure it's right fit both ways.

PROGRAM DESIGN & ONBOARDING

Coach gets you set up on app, introduces you to private community.

First private class scheduled.

WEEK 1-4: FOUNDATION

Learn the systems, build habits, dial in nutrition, establish routine.

Weekly check-ins, regular coaching contact.

WEEK 5-8: MOMENTUM

Increase intensity, refine technique, adjust nutrition as needed.

Mid-point assessment and progress review.

WEEK 9-12: RESULTS

Push for final results, solidify habits for maintenance.

End assessment, decide on continuation or transition.

ONGOING (OPTIONAL)

Continue with transformation programming, maintain community access.

Many members stay long-term for the structure and support.
