Common Questions

If you're wondering, you're not the only one.

No. Every class is fully guided, and instructors adapt movements to you. If it's your first time on a reformer, you'll be talked through everything and supported throughout the session.

Reformer is low-impact and highly controlled, which makes it suitable for many people returning to movement or managing niggles. Let your instructor know before class so they can offer appropriate options.

Reformer uses a spring-based machine to add resistance and support to each movement. This allows for more control, more variety, and a greater focus on strength, alignment, and stability compared to mat-based work.

Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. Bring water — everything else is provided.

Classes are kept small to ensure quality coaching and individual attention. This allows instructors to guide movement carefully and make adjustments where needed.

Please arrive around 10 minutes early for your first visit. This gives time to get set up on the reformer and settle in before class begins.

Classes can be booked through the timetable. If you don't have credits, you'll be prompted to purchase them during booking. Returning clients can buy credits at any time.

It can be — but intensity comes from control, not speed or impact. You'll work deeply and deliberately, with options to adjust intensity as you build confidence and strength.
